# Addressing

Cells and ranges are addressed in much the same way as in Excel. This section covers the different ways to refer to cells and ranges in EPPlus.

- [Cells and ranges](<https://epplussoftware.com/docs/worksheet-and-ranges/addressing/cells-and-ranges/index.md>) - Address cells and ranges with the `Cells` indexer, and use relative addresses with the `Offset` method.
- [Named ranges](<https://epplussoftware.com/docs/worksheet-and-ranges/addressing/named-ranges/index.md>) - Give a name to a range, a formula or a value, on the workbook or on a worksheet.
- [Dimension/Used range](<https://epplussoftware.com/docs/worksheet-and-ranges/addressing/dimension-used-range/index.md>) - Find the area of the worksheet that contains values, formulas or styling, or only values.
- [Taking and skipping columns/rows](<https://epplussoftware.com/docs/worksheet-and-ranges/addressing/taking-and-skipping-columns-from-a-range/index.md>) - Select parts of a range without knowing its size, for example the result of a dynamic array formula or a `LoadFrom...` method.
